About
I'm a technically minded problem solver with experience across web development, software implementation and application support.
During my time at NAVEX, I built and maintained customised employee reporting websites for clients using HTML, CSS and JavaScript, translating customer requirements and brand guidelines into production implementations within the EthicsPoint platform.
I also have a full-stack development background through Le Wagon, where I later returned as a Teaching Assistant and supported student teams through the development of their own web applications.

Alongside client implementations, I've worked on internal tools, accessibility initiatives and process improvements aimed at reducing repetitive work and improving delivery.
Internal Tool
Built a browser-based tool using HTML, CSS and JavaScript that converted structured data copied from Excel into formatted code used by our internal systems.
Why I built it: To reduce repetitive manual formatting and make a common team process quicker and more consistent.
Internal Tool
Collaborated with another developer to modernise an existing internal data validation tool used before database imports. The 2.0 version improved usability, fixed existing bugs and added checks for issues such as invalid US ZIP codes, unsupported characters and incorrectly formatted data.
My contribution: Collaborated on the redesign, validation logic, bug fixes and modernisation of the existing tool.
Hackathons
Participated in regular company hackathons where we designed and built internal tools focused on reducing repetitive processes and improving team efficiency.
These projects gave me the opportunity to move from identifying a problem to designing, prototyping and presenting a working solution.
Accessibility Project
Contributed to a large-scale initiative to update our team's templates and hundreds of existing websites for accessibility.
Supported the deployment of an AI-assisted tool used to update existing templates and websites at scale as part of a large accessibility migration project.
